Apple has released a new beta update for its mobile operating system to the registered iOS
Developers. iOS 9.2.1 beta 2 has been pushed to those who have enrolled into Apple’s iOS developer program. Apple pushed the update on January 4th when the Consumer Electronics Show was going to take place in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The first beta of iOS 9.2.1 was released just over two week ago. The current version of iOS available to the general public was a relatively minor software update bringing numerous bug fixes, performance improvements, under-the-hood changes, and also improved the overall user experience for Apple Music, iBooks, Mails, and other built-in applications.
Those who have already been rocking the first beta of iOS 9.2.1, can easily update to the second beta via built-in OTA update feature. You can do that by going into Settings > General > Software Update. However, you can also grab the full-sized IPSW file from Apple Develop Center, which requires you to enroll into Apple’s development program. You can then install iOS 9.2.1 beta using iTunes. The iOS 9.2.1 beta 2 is also available to those who have enrolled into Public Beta program.
What new features this iOS 9.2.1 beta update adds to the mobile operating system, remains unknown. However, considering that it is just a point (.1) update, t will likely bring more bug fixes, performance enhancements and will tweak the overall user experience. If you have installed iOS 9.2.1 beta 2 and encounter something new, do share it with us. We’ll update this post accordingly.
